About Us
Beginning as a group of friends in the Theme Park Engineering and Design club at the Colorado School of Mines, we founded FUNtastic with big ideas and a shared passion for creating joy through innovation. What started as a student-driven pursuit has grown into a dynamic company at the forefront of themed entertainment.

With two of our founders having experience as Disney Imagineers and one as an engineer at SpaceX, our team combines creativity and engineering expertise to design unforgettable experiences. At FUNtastic, we push the boundaries of entertainment, crafting cutting-edge products that spark imagination, foster connection, and redefine what’s possible in the world of fun.
Meet The Team
Chasing Fun at Every Turn

Jalen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management, and a Certificate in Space Resources from the Colorado School of Mines. He also interned as a Disney Imagineer for two summers, gaining hands-on experience in themed entertainment. With his diverse background and passion for innovation, he is dedicated to bringing fun and creativity to everything he does.

Nicholas Probst
Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. With two years of professional experience and a current internship as a Disney Imagineer, he combines technical expertise with a passion for creativity. He strives to bring the highest level of craftsmanship and innovation to every project he tackles.


Myles is pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. He gained corporate experience as a Process Mechanical Engineering intern at Jacobs, where he developed problem-solving and design skills in real-world applications. With a passion for innovation and bringing people together, he is dedicated to creating experiences that are as engaging as they are expertly designed.

Liam is studying Electrical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and is currently interning at SpaceX, where he works on cutting-edge technology at the forefront of aerospace innovation. His passion for problem-solving and pushing the limits of what’s possible fuels his drive to engineer creative,
high-impact solutions that blend technical expertise with a sense of wonder and excitement.



Jonah Booth
Jonah earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. With professional experience in machining, he has a talent for turning ideas into reality with precision and craftsmanship. His ability to bridge the gap between design and hands-on execution allows him to bring creative visions to life in ways that are both innovative and meticulously crafted.
